Measuring Units to measure Associated petroleum gas and Stripped gas

The Unit consists of:

Unit of pipelines with gas flow meters and pipeline sections;
Quality control unit equipped with process gas chromatograph PGC 90.50 and moisture & hydrocarbons dew point analyzer;
Automatic Control System devices;
Process flowsheet consists of inlet/outlet headers and several measuring lines (basic and stand-by ones)

Measuring lines include:

• Inlet Stop valve with electric drive, equipped with ball valve bypass line;
• Ultrasonic flow meter
• Pipeline Sections 10D upstream and 3D downstream the meter
• Pressure transducers and absolute pressure transducer of the basic and of the stand-by flow measuring systems
• Indicating thermometer and manometer
• Ball valves to discharge the gas to the bleed valve, and to drain the condensate
• Outlet Stop valve with electric drive.

Gas Sampling unit is to be installed on the outlet header. Gas sampling unit for the Associated petroleum gas analysis can optionally include a filter unit to prevent an ingress of moisture and dirt into the gas chromatograph’s measuring duct.

Pipelines Unit is meant for installation of the Ultrasonic flow meters, pipeline sections, sensors and transducers that form a part of as flow measuring unit.

Alternatively the flow meter can be installed inside the Heated Shielding Cabinet.

Gas quality control unit is meant for installation of process chromatographs and moisture analyzers that measure a parameters of the gas’ quality.

Chromatograph PGC 90.50 has a certified Measuring Procedure “MVI-170-05” that serves as the basis for the supplied stripped gas accounting.

Pipeline Unit and Quality Control Unit have been designed as an explosion-proof shelters to be installed in a hazardous area B-1

We supply our Measuring Units on “Turn-key” terms after the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

Automatic Control System provides an automatic acquisition, processing, displaying and recording of the gas flow and gas quality data; controls a valves’ electric drives operation according to the preset algorithm and ensures a safe performance of the whole System.
