The Liquid Hydrocarbons Measuring Units are the complexes that measures a quantity and quality parameters of Oil, Gas Condensate, Long Distillate of the Light Hydrocarbons and Liquefied Gases
Application:

-water
coontent;
-density;
-H2S and mercaptans;
-viscosity;
-salt content

Automatic control of the System performance according to preset algorithm
Configuration:
- Filter Unit ;
- Measuring Lines Unit (MLU);
- Quality Control Unit (QCU);
- Calibration rig and and prover spill unit
- Data acquisition, processing and communication system
There are filter unit to purge the working medium; mass meter; temperature and pressure transducers; manometer and thermometer installed on the measuring line. Filter Unit has a manometer and a differential pressure pickup. The inlet header has a pressure transducer and manometer, the outlet header has a manometer. The stop valves can have an electric drive upon the customer’s request. All the stop valves are equipped with a leakage test device.
Quality control Unit can be equipped with a sampling unit; a fine filter; a wash system; a density gage; a process moisture, H2S and mercaptans analyzers, an instruments to measure a salt content and viscosity; pressure and temperature sensors; manometers, thermometers, flow control device.
The System of Data Acquisition, processing and communication has been developed for automatic acquisition, processing, displaying and recording of the data collected from all the measuring instruments, as well as for operation mode control and for data communication to the upper level. This System is installed in the operator’s room.
The pipelines Unit and the Quality Control unit can be supplied as an explosion-proof shelters equipped with a life support systems, fire alarm system and a gas contamination control system. Alternatively these untis can be supplied on the panel to be placed inside of the customer’s facilities.
All the equipment installed in the shelters are explosion-proof. There are a certificates of Rostechnadzor and the Certificate of Compliance obtained for each single shelter.
