In our Control Systems we install a components manufactured by the market-leaders such as Siemens, Rittal, Schneider Electric, Beckhoff Automation GmbH, Phoenix Contact, Legrand, Weidmuller, Advantech, Stahl, Omron, Emerson Process Management, ÀÂÂ that ensures a high quality and reliability of the whole System.
We have our own laboratory that let us test our electrical installations of 1000 V providing a respective test reports.

Automated Control System and Automated Gas Flow Measuring System
Automated Control System provides the following operations:
- Automatic and manual pipeline valves and bypass valves remote control from the Operator’s work station and symbolic circuit, as well as from the remote dispatcher‘s room
- Gas contamination control inside of the buildings and on the site
- Safety system control
- Continuous diagnostic of the equipment’s performance
- Emergency shutdown control according to the set algorithm
- Warning and emergency alarms control
- Life-supporting systems control
Automated Gas Flow Measuring System provides the following operations:
- Automatic continuous flow measurement of the Natural Gas and Petrochemical fractions
- Automatic cycling measurement of the gas composition, calorific value, absolute and relative density and index Wobbe
- Measuring of H2S and Mercaptans in Natural Gas
- Automatic cycling measurement of water and hydrocarbons dew point value
- Data storage and reports provision
- Gas flow data communication to the Automated Control System in order to provide an automatic control of the pipelines..
The Software of the Automated Control System and Automated Gas Flow Measuring System enables the following
- Control of the Unit performance according to the set algorithm (automatic operation)
- Data acquisition from each constituent instrument
- Gas parameters calculation according to ISO requirements
- Data storage in the internal Data Base
- Statistic data processing
- Data displaying, data saving or communication via modem, radio modification or process network to the dispatcher’s station for remote control
- Periodic self-diagnostic of the measuring instruments
- Automatic restart of all the systems in consecutive order (in case of the emergency shutdown) after the power resume
- Recording of the emergency events and events of modifications of the configuration, settings, system access with further data communication to the operator’s station
